Effective training is the key to understanding management system principles and effectively applying these within any type of organization. Our training programs provide “easy to understand” subject matter with numerous exercises and participation within the group. Classes are offered as group sessions at local conference areas throughout the country and at customers’ facilities for internal personnel at a fraction of normal costs as found with larger training firms. Current training classes offered include, but are not limited to:

• Management System Comprehension:

  This is a 12-16 hour class covering all requirements of applicable standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, ISO 29001, AS9100, AS9110, AS9120, TS16949, TS13485, ASME, R2, API Q1, API Monogramming, etc.) This class goes over “simple solutions” to the requirements of any standard as well as an introduction into the world of effective Corrective Action & Root Cause Analysis.

• Conducting Effective Internal Audits:

  This is a 16 hour course covering the basic principles associated with planning, conducting and reporting internal audits within an established management system. An optional 3^rd day is offered performing an actual internal audit with the trainee team. This will be limited to specific types of training and quoted based on the client.

• Corrective Action & Root Cause Analysis:

  This is a 4-6 hour course covering effective corrective and preventive action processes and does include Root Cause Analysis methods.

• Managing the Management System: 

  This is a 3-4 hour course covering the time constraints, responsibilities and obstacles associated with managing an effective management system.

• An Executive Overview:

  This is a 1-2 hour course covering the BASIC requirement associated with maintaining a Management System. This course is geared towards top management.

• Customer Tailored Courses: 

  We can design and deliver a training program to meet any management system topic. These can be designed and offered at various lengths of time and focused on any employee or management level.
